How we work
We started in 2019 as a two-person consultancy doing BGP engineering for regional ISPs. That work shaped how we build today: everything is measured from the customer's vantage point, not from a marketing dashboard.
Own the metal
We buy, rack and replace our own servers. When a disk fails we know exactly which bay it is in.
Publish the numbers
Latency and packet loss are sampled from external probes and kept in the same dashboard our NOC uses.
Answer the page
Engineers rotate on-call. The person who replies to your ticket can also change a route policy.
